WHO IT’S FOR: CURRENT UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE STUDENTS

Our summer internships provide hands-on experience working on meaningful projects that support real business needs. You'll gain exposure to our industry, build your network, develop skills that prepare you for future career opportunities, and participate in a variety of professional development, networking, and volunteer experiences.

Note: Graduate students are generally considered for select Engineering internships.

WHO IT'S FOR: RECENT GRADUATEs  

The Ignite Sales Development Program is an immersive 10-month experience designed to help early-career professionals build their expertise in selling commercial HVAC service contracts. Participants receive structured training, mentorship, and a direct pathway into an Account Representative role.

TRIPS DURING THE PROGRAM

Participants travel approximately 6–10 times during the program to visit service offices, manufacturing facilities, and Daikin Applied corporate locations while gaining daily field experience in local territories.
